What is the price per session?
Price is $175 per session. 8 weeks of personal training for $175, A great bargain. We need people to get this off of the ground so the price has been reduced from $350 to $175. And the people in the first class will only have to pay $175 as long as we continue the camp. Our commitment to you for helping us make this a success..

Is the Saturday session included in the price?
Yes. Our goal is to have you think or yourself in a different light and do something that yiou may not have imagined such a completing a triathlon or running 5,10 or 13 miles. We want to be different than other Fitness Camps so we are challenging you to accomplish something other than just lose weight. Accomplishments lead to Confidence.

Can you alternate between mornings and evenings?
We prefer that you commit to mornigns or evenings so we can monitor your progress and so you can become comfortable with the trainer that will be assigned to you. We need to know how many people are coming so we will have enough trainers and so the groups can stay small and you can receive the attention that is needed so you can reach your goals.
We need for you to email us so we will no that you are coming and to which Session. Even if you told us. We need it in an email so we can call you and go over the program. We have to prepare and need to know how many people will be at the sessions.

What do you need to bring?
Towel, water bottle and exercise mat. If you don’t have a mat we will have some extra there.

Where are the classes being held?
Classes will be held on the football field at the Willingboro Rec Center. Classes are outside. We are off on Wednesday and If rains we will use Wednesdays as a rain day. Saturday sessions will be at the Riverfront YMCA if you are trying to get in shape for a marathon or if you are doing the running we will alternate parks or if there is a 5k run in the area we will have you do the 5k event.

How difficult is the camp? Can beginners take the camp?
Yes beginners or if you are not in the best of shape you can and will finish the sessions. The Team Fryar Staff are there to motivate you and to monitor your progress. We don’t want you to quit because that does not benefit anyone.

What if I am taking medications?
You should get a medical clearance before taking the camp. However, if you are on medication, your doctor will probably want you to get in better shape and health to get off of the medication. What better way to get healthy than join The Fryar Fitness Camp.

Can kids to the Camp?
If a child is over 16, yes he can attend. Next year we want to have a camp just for youths.

We are offering $25 off for any of the groups listed on the flyer.

Objective: We desire to reach out to young ladies in and out of the church and mentor them through our book club. Helping them to not settle for less, but know their place in Christ as they apply the Word through practical lessons.

Mission Statement: To help teen girls reach within themselves and realize their uniqueness and destiny. Showing our princesses they are fearfully and wonderfully created by the hand of God and He gives us all Beautiful Beginnings.
